The core part of Timidity is covered by the GPL, LPGL, or
Perl Artistic license, as noted in the src/README file.
The Soundfont code by Takashi Iwai is probably covered
by the GPL (though the file versions I used didn't have
that made explicit).  The code imported from Timidity++
(marked in the source by "#ifdef tplus" is covered by
the GPL).  The part of the utility unsf written by George
Foote is free (as noted at the top of unsf.c), but I
added some tables from Timidity++ (GPL'd).

The "simplest AC3 encoder" is Copyright (c) 2000 Fabrice Bellard
and is covered by the LGPL, as noted in the file ac3encode.c.

None of the code I've contributed is restricted by any
license.
