1. Left and right single quotes copied to represent "grave" and "quotesingle".
2. Capital and small "e" with two dots above it (afii10023 and afii10071 according to Adobe Standard Cyrillic Glyph Names) moved to the correct place according to cp1251.

4. ItalicAngle of the italic versions is 12.
5. Added procedures OtherSurbs, UniqueID is now unique.
