Any attributes declared in this attribute-set are applied to the region element in the page master on the inner side (binding side) of the page. This corresponds to <code class="literal"><fo:regin-start></code> on odd-numbered pages and <code class="literal"><fo:region-end></code> on even-numbered pages.
