Plopp Redistribution License Agreement

This agreement is made between Impara GmbH, Berlin, Germany ("Impara"), and any organization who intends to distribute the Plopp Linux Version ("Plopp") to the organization's customers or business partners ("Redistributor").

1. AGREEMENT: By this agreement, Impara allows Redistributor to redistribute Plopp to Redistributor's customers and business partners, free of charge, provided Redistributor accepts all conditions listed in this agreement.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Impara fully owns the intellectual property of all versions of Plopp. This agreement does not change ownership of any intellectual property. All rights in Plopp are reserved by Impara except if explicitly granted to Redistributor in this agreement.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS: Redistributor should not modify the Plopp application in any way. Modifications to the installer are exempt. Redistributor should not charge its customers or business partners any extra fee for receiving Plopp. The license in this agreement is not transferable.

4. LIABILITY: Impara is not liable to any damage to Redistributor or end-user of distributed Plopp, caused by using Plopp, directly or indirectly.
