<p>A C-based API for monitoring and managing various states of the
NVIDIA GPU devices. NVIDIA Management Library (NVML) provides a
direct access to the queries and commands exposed via nvidia-smi.
NVML is included with the NVIDIA Linux graphics driver.</p>
