ConnMan is not started automatically at boot. To enable it run the
following command (under the root user) and make sure that other
network managers like NetworkManager is not enabled:
  systemctl enable connman.service

Having both ConnMan and NetworkManager enabled causes problems as
ConnMan provides compatibility interfaces that conflicts with
NetworkManager's own interfaces.
