Fixed bug in re-direction of error output to STDERR in "gs".

Added "lz11.foomatic" a special wrapper to use with Foomatic.

Added support for "lz11.foomatic" in all "lz11.*" scripts.

Documented "lz11.foomatic" in README

Fixed "make clean", so that one does not need to confirm the deletion
of every single file.

Adjusted texts in "lz11.install" and "README" to fit onto an 80
characters per line screen.
