2000Aug21 - Fixup of some problems when the page to be printed was almost
			empty. This new driver have now a dynamic compression band,
			varying band size to not disturb the printer's engine (fixed
			bands don't work well). I have already printed almost half-thousand
			pages after this improvement, with no failures or crashes.
2000Aug20 - Correction on the compressing algorithm, as it had a bug that
            made some pages to shift (use cmpanal.c to detect and recover the
			bitmaps, and to check the band size)
			Modified the driver so we can reset once and print without
			resetting every time there is something to be printed.
2000Aug18 - Better support for paper sizes. Optimized printing speed (now
			detection of end-of-page is right). Removed a bug that caused only
			first page be printed, and some other fixes.
