added command line parameter to allow to shrink the picture

resolutions between 500 and 599 dpi.
utilizing bitcmyk rendering at about 1000dpi,
which is much, much better

Fixed "make clean", so that one does not need to confirm the deletion
of every single file.
Adjusted texts in "lz11.install" and "README" to fit onto an 80
characters per line screen.
