This application can be useful to log an exceptional condition to the
logfiles, for later examination. <em class="replaceable"><code>Level</code></em> may be
one of the following:</p><div class="variablelist"><dl><dt><span class="term">DEBUG</span></dt><dd><p>Debugging message. This is generally not logged on a
production system.</p></dd><dt><span class="term">NOTICE</span></dt><dd><p>An informational message.</p></dd><dt><span class="term">WARNING</span></dt><dd><p>A condition that may be serious, but is not a definite
