Firmware files for ISDN cards from Eicon Networks.

proto4oldcards.tgz : These protocol files are needed for old-type
                     Eicon (Diehl) ISDN cards like SX, SXn, SCOM, Quadro, S2M

protocols_dmlt_etsi.tar.bz2 : Base package for most used protocols
                              on Diva PCI cards.

protocols_all.tar.bz2 : ALL protocol files for Diva PCI cards.

protocols_1tr6.tar.bz2 : Protocol files for 1TR6 on Diva PCI cards.


The firmware files are searched in /usr/share/eicon/ by
default (by divactrl). So this should be the location for those
files.

The active Diva ISDN cards do not have ROM on board, Thus the
divactrl utility needs to upload the firmware binary to the
Diva card upon startup, which is then run by the on-board processor.

The firmware binary is card specific. The divactrl utility will
choose the correct one depending on the card and the user settings.

The file names for the firmware binaries are constructed like this:

  te_<protocol>.<card-type>

   <protocol> is dmlt for multilingual firmware (ETSI, NI-1, ... except 1TR6)
                 etsi for ETSI/DSS1 firmware (this is separate for older cards)
                 1tr6 for german 1TR6 firmware
                 ...

   <card-type> is sm  for BRI card
                  pm  for PRI card
                  qm? for 4BRI card
                  2q? for BRI and 4BRI Version 2
                  pm2 for PRI Version 2
