	Fixed bug from 0.86 which made no man page lookup work.

	Changed fix in 0.85 to escape shell special characters instead of
	just outputting the cover page.

	Fixed a vulnerability that would allow users to execute arbitrary
	code by placing a ';' in the program name.  This had limited
	functionality because no spaces are allowed in the man page name,
	but a user could input "groff;cat</etc/passwd" and get info the
	password file.

	Fix bug [ 720017 ] Bullets are not handled correctly.
	output is now XHTML 1.0 correct.
