The <span class="application">FindBugs</span> Command Line Interface (or Text UI) can be used to
analyze an application for bugs non-interactively. Each bug instance will be
reported on a single line. All output is written to the standard output file descriptor.
<a href="filter.html" title="Chapter 8. Filter Files">Chapter 8, <i>Filter Files</i></a> explains how bug reports may be filtered in order
to get only the output you're interested in.
