dviljk is a fork from dvi2xx, authored by Gustaf Neumann
<neumann@wu-wien.ac.at>, Wirtschaftsuniversitaet Wien. Gustaf is not
active in TeX development any more.

The fork was created by kb@mail.tug.org.
Send bug reports to tex-k@mail.tug.org, not to Gustaf.

Joachim Schrod <jschrod@acm.org> supplied security fixes, fixed and
enhanced the special handling, and updated the man page.
