That is, the ::com::sun::star::<a href="../../uno/module-ix.html">uno</a>::<a href="../../uno/XComponentContext.html">XComponentContext</a> used for creating the <a href="CellBindingPropertyHandler.html">CellBindingPropertyHandler</a> is examined for a value with this name.
