To build the documentation from SGML source:

$ openjade -e -V draft-mode -D .  -c \
	/usr/local/share/sgml/stylesheets/docbook/catalog -d \
	/pgtop/doc/src/sgml/stylesheet.dsl -i output-html -t sgml \
	libpq++.sgml
$ rm HTML.index
$ mv index.html libpq++.html
