<p>Dans un conducteur, les noms d'instrument sont portés en regard de
chacune des portées.
<p>Ce résultat s'obtient en spécifiant
<a name="index-Staff-610"></a><a href="../lilypond-internals/Staff.fr.html#Staff">Staff</a>.<code>instrumentName</code> et
<a name="index-Staff-611"></a><a href="../lilypond-internals/Staff.fr.html#Staff">Staff</a>.<code>shortInstrumentName</code>, ou
<a name="index-PianoStaff-612"></a><a href="../lilypond-internals/PianoStaff.fr.html#PianoStaff">PianoStaff</a>.<code>instrumentName</code> et
<a name="index-PianoStaff-613"></a><a href="../lilypond-internals/PianoStaff.fr.html#PianoStaff">PianoStaff</a>.<code>shortInstrumentName</code>. L'argument
textuel apparaîtra avant le début de la portée. La première ligne
affichera <code>instrumentName</code>, et les suivantes
<code>shortInstrumentName</code>.

d'augmenter le retrait — <code>indent</code> — au sein du bloc

préservant un décalage par rapport à la portée :

condition de leur affecter le graveur approprié :
