Sample -
  A discrete point within a specific range (for example, -1 to 1)
  taken from a continuous signal.

Channel -
  Think of a stereo.  The left speaker is one channel, and the right
  speaker is another.

Frame -
  A set of simultaneous samples, where each sample is played on a
  different channel.
