Audiere depends on libogg, libvorbis, and libvorbisfile on UNIX.
These libraries are available at http://www.vorbis.com/.  In Windows,
those sources are included within the source tree.

Audiere also depends on libFLAC on UNIX.  It is available as a part of
the FLAC suite at http://flac.sourceforge.net/.  In Windows, libFLAC
is part of the source tree.

wxPlayer depends on wxWindows 2.2.9.  Get wxWindows at
http://www.wxwindows.org/
