	Four new kunge types. These are, xr2 mkII, xr2 mkIII, gti mkII, and
        mtb. These are all variations of the original xr2 and gti equations
        using a corrected form. Of the two new xr2 variations, the second,
        xr2 mkIII, is more a new fractal than a mangled Mandelbrot.

	In gkII-0.4.5, the colour palette was not duplicated when duplicate
        or zoom in new window were used, it is now working again.

	Invert has moved from palette menu to palette functions dialog.

	Re-allowed choice of Kunge types when bailing on Mandel.

        reduced precision".

	Renamed "Cancel" buttons to "Dismiss" buttons so as to not imply
        cancellation of pressing "Apply".

        Added facility to palette randomisation for creating striped
        palettes.

        Added 'Functions' to palette menu which brings up dialog with
        which RGB channels can be swapped and inverted. Can be striped.

	User parameters dialog now appears when a user parameter is selected
        from Fractal Settings or Autolayer to draw with when that user 
        parameter is 'Off'. Saves going to the menu and opening it manually.
        Better for new users because it shows why image has disappeared.
        Does not appear when the user parameter selected is not 'Off'.

	User parameters dialog now updates (if it is visible), when from 
        Fractal Settings or Autolayer a different user parameter is selected
        to draw with.

	Fixed bug in user parameters which failed to update which parameters
        to calculate when drawing. So the image no longer blanks when it
        *should be* drawing something.

	All dialogs now get updated when a gk2 file is loaded.

        No longer possible to change Kunge Type when Bail Type is Mandel.

	Now generates a random palette if default.map cannot be found.

	The fact that it's taken three releases to fix those goddam center
        lines bugs is frankly, a little embarrassing. But they ARE properly
        erased in all instances, this time, I'm fairly sure of it.

        Center lines are removed - when cancelling selection of the second
        point by pressing the position button. Tidied up center line
        drawing code as a result.

	When duplicating image, or, generating a zoomed-in image in a new
        window, the palette randomization settings are now carried across
        to the new window.
