	* Various bugfixes to the core driver: no blank page after jobs,
	  no buffer filling up and hanging the printer, minor bugfixes.
	  The buffer sizing fix is thanks to Russ Vitale at Okidata's US
	  shop.

	* Include useless experimental readback program.  Russ sent me
	  skeletal specs, however they are not sufficient to understand
	  device status.

	* Fix URL for Foomatic data from the web site.

	* Minor bugfixes in core driver: use -dSAFER for gs, fix buggy
	  option, etc.

	* "oki4daemon", a daemon which accepts jobs on a named pipe and
	  executes oki4drv properly.  This lets oki4drv work usefully
	  under a spooler.
