How to install COGRE

1) Byte compile COGRE (optional, but recommended)

   Follow the INSTALL file in the top level of this distribution.

2) Configure

   You can attempt to enable the use of unicode drawing symbols
   in COGRE graphs with the following command in your .emacs file.

   (cogre-uml-enable-unicode)
