<p>
The <span class="emphasis"><em>dbc</em></span> <span class="bold"><strong>del</strong></span>
command deletes the key/data pair to which the cursor currently
refers.
</p>
<p>
The cursor position is unchanged after a delete, and subsequent calls
to cursor commands expecting the cursor to refer to an existing key
will fail.
</p>
<p>
The <span class="emphasis"><em>dbc</em></span> <span class="bold"><strong>del</strong></span>
command returns 0 on success, and in the case of error, a Tcl error is
thrown.
