      <p>
        The <code class="methodname">DB_ENV-&gt;get_verbose()</code> method returns whether the specified
        <span class="bold"><strong>which</strong></span> parameter is currently set or not.  These parameters
        are set using the <a class="xref" href="envset_verbose.html" title="DB_ENV-&gt;set_verbose()">DB_ENV-&gt;set_verbose()</a> method.
    </p>
      <p>
         The <code class="methodname">DB_ENV-&gt;get_verbose()</code> method may be called at any time during the life of the application.
    </p>
      <p>
         The <code class="methodname">DB_ENV-&gt;get_verbose()</code>  <span>
            <span>
                  method returns a non-zero error value on failure and 0 on success.
