The standard version of libQT as it comes out of TrollTech sources doesn't
have proper i18n support for 16bit locales (among others).

There exist a patch that solves the problem, howeverdue to the licence
of the libQT 1.4* we can't distribute patched versions without consent
of Troll Tech. We asked for permission and are happy to announce that
Troll Tech allowed us to distribute this patched version; so if you wondered;
yes, it is a patched version, and yes it is legally distributed.
