TODO List for rpmfind

- Break ByName.html for those letters with >1000 packages.

  files, use a per-user subdir mask 600, same for downloads.

- separate rpm2html and rpmfind distributions.
- implement, something like "rpmfind -latest exmh" would show the
  latest RPM and "rpmfind -upgrade exmh" to upgrade all the deps
- add a request for the transfer and let libWWW do the FTP download.
- Add proxy support (WWW + FTP + config file)
- cleanup the Makefile mess.
- add a config file (basic version)
