0.2 -- Removed hdml-ping.cgi and replaced with wml-ping.cgi as provided by

       Changed how we gather data for host status.  Instead of the old Netsaint
       0.0.4x method, which provided an html file, we now parse the actual
       hosts.cfg file.  This should work with all versions of Netsaint,
       assuming this file does not drastically change.
