GKrellMSS Theming

This GkrellM Sound Scope plugin may be themed by setting values in
the gkrellmrc and by putting custom images in the "sound" subdirectory
of a theme.  Images may be .png, .jpg, or .xpm.
The "sound_krell_vu_expand" variable uses an undocumented GKrellM feature.
If the value is 1, the krell will be rendered so the width from the left
most pixel to the hot spot pixel will fit the full width of any gkrellm
width setting.  Otherwise use the value 0
