KAI C++ 4.0 can now be used to compile omniORB. So far, the required
compiler flags have been incorporated in the linux (glibc 2.1) and HPUX
11.00 platform files.

To use the compiler, you must first edit the platform file to set CXX and
CXXFLAGS etc to the ones suitable for KAI C++.
