The support for the FOOTER resource may be removed in future releases. No equivalent resource exists for the thread index. </P></DL> <p>The FOOTER resource specifies a file whose contents are to be included after the message links listing of the main index. </p> <DL> <DT><STRONG>NOTE</STRONG> <DD><P><VAR>filename</VAR> should not contain the <CODE></BODY></CODE>, and <CODE></HTML></CODE> tags; these tags are automatically provided by <EM>MHonArc</EM>, or defined by the <A HREF="idxpgend.html">IDXPGEND</A> resource file element. </P></DL> <P>It is only necessary to specify the FOOTER resource the first time you create an archive. The contents included from the footer file is preserved in any subsequent additions to the archive.
