Patches to bsim3v3.1

BSIM3 fix specific patchs.

b3set.patch src/lib/dev/bsim3/b3set.c unsetup code added to meet 3f4's
                                                methodology.
bsim3ext.patch  src/lib/dev/bsim3/bsim3ext.h    Declaration for BSIM3unsetup()

bsim3itf.patch src/lib/dev/bsim3/bsim3itf.h Updated the interface file to
                                                reflect the unsetup function
                                                performed.

config.patch src/bin/config.c Changed referencing of bsim3 to
                                                meet the naming conventions of
                                                the source code.

Within the file src/lib/inp/inpdomod.c add the term case 8:
immediately beneath the case 7: statement to conform to the coding standards
for bsim3 if you're recompiling the bsim3 source code. Also set the comment on
the next level step to 9.

defaults.patch conf/defaults Updated the device listing.

bsim3.patch src/lib/dev/bsim3/b3set.c Removes redefinition of PI
                src/lib/dev/bsim3/b3temp.c Removes redefinition of PI
                src/lib/dev/bsim3/bsim3itf.h Adds DEV_DEFAULT to structure
                src/lib/dev/bsim3/bsim3def.h Rearranges bsim3states to match bsim2 example.

For your fun, I attach the bsim3.patch file, which you have to
apply to the bsim3v3.1 code /after/ applying your b3set.patch,
bsim3ext.patch and bsim3itf.patch to it.

A little more testing always leads to a little better results ;-)

Regards from Germany Fridger

The Linux build patches have also already been applied. All patches are
included here for reference. The duplicate patches, those from which the
Linux patches were made, were stored in the subdirectory old. rdln and
glibc were not applied.
