July 5th, 2000 :- Seahorse 0.4.9
Fixed a serious bug that caused the wrong secret key to be deleted, 
when deleting keys with the Key Manager.

June 11th, 2000 :- Seahorse 0.4.8
* Czech translation.
* Added support for deleting UIDs to the Key Manager.
* Added a patch to the debian rules file.
* Added an option to set the default key used for signing. (it can
  be set through the preferences dialog and will override the 
  default key setting in the .gnupg/options file)
* Added support for saving option settings between sessions
* Fixed some problems with the keyboard shortcuts and also added 
  some new shortcuts.

I've updated the French po file mantainer's name (Gael Queri), 
because it had been mangled by my mailer.

* Drag and Drop support - files can be dropped on the text area, 
  encrypt and decrypt buttons and file name entries on the encrypt
  and decrypt dialogs.

12th April., 2000 :- Seahorse 0.4.0
This is the first release since Seahorse moved to SourceForge's CVS
and it has a lot of changes:

* Caching of the Public and Secret Keyrings to speed up the display
* Improvements to the GUI
* Gnome Help Support
* Improvements to the Key Manager including support for editing the
  owner trust value


6th Mar., 2000 :- Seahorse 0.3.6
* Further improvements to the Key Manager - signatures can now be
  deleted and a bug in secret key ring display code has been fixed.
* Added an option to encrypt the contents of the text editor.
* Added a patch which closes all file descriptors before exec'ing a
  subprocess, fixes a problem in the interface to GnuPG and closes a
  directory which is opened when Seahorse starts up.
* Fixed some small problems in Makefile.am.

19th Feb., 2000 :- Seahorse 0.3.5
Fixed a serious bug that occurred when text was pasted into the text
window by clicking on the 'Paste' option in the menu. Fixed a small 
bug in the 'Verify & Decrypt' dialog. Made some changes to
Makefile.am and the debian rules file in order to fix problems in the 
debian packages.

16th Feb., 2000 :- Seahorse 0.3.4
* An GTK text widget has been added to the main window and encrypted
  / decrypted output is directed here. The contents of this widget 
  can be edited, selected, cleared and the current selection can be 
  pasted into it. It is not a complete text editor, but it offers
  some basic operations which may be useful for making small changes
  to text before encrypting.
* Seahorse can now detect whether the gnupg directory exists and
  will start a "druid" (the Gnome equivalent of a Windows wizard) 
  to help the user generate a key if the directory isn't found.
* A patch to enable the GnuPG interface to handle passphrases and
  clipboard strings of arbitrary length has been added.
* A patch to make the rpm spec file more portable and flexible has
  been added. 
* More functions have been added to the Key Manager and the 
  interface has been improved.
* Proxy support can now be enabled or disabled. (the htt_proxy
  environment variable must be set if the proxy is enabled)

24th Jan., 2000 :- Seahorse 0.3.2
Added a patch to the GnuPG interface. Added a 'clear sign' option 
for signing email messages and text files. Added some key management
functions (This part is still under development and will change a 
lot in the next few releases) Modified the rpm spec file.

16th Jan., 2000 :- Seahorse 0.3.1
Modified the "Verify & Decrypt" dialog so that it's design is more
consistent with that of the "Sign & Encrypt" dialog. Added support
for debian packages.

7th Jan., 2000 :- Seahorse 0.3.0
Added a drop down key list to all key input entries. Filenames and
other parameters are stored after each operation and restored when
the dialog is reopened. Added support for detached signatures. Added
support for decrypting and encrypting the clipboard. Improved the
key export functions.

4th Dec., 1999 :- Seahorse 0.2.5
Added a patch which fixes a hangup problem caused when the size of
the output of the GnuPG subprocess is greater than the kernal
internal pipe buffer size. Changed all error messages to use
gnome_error_dialog instead of printf and made some improvements to
the GUI.

21st Nov., 1999 :- Seahorse 0.2.4 is released. Lots of small
improvements, Gnome Desktop support, Japanese support and  the
ability to generate new keys from the GUI.

31st Oct., 1999 :- Seahorse 0.2.1 is released. The main changes are
operations to upload keys to public key servers and to import keys
from public keyservers.
			    
24th Oct., 1999 :- Seahorse 0.2.0 is released.
