READ FOR XMAKE

    You can make the program with make, and install it with make install,
    but then re-make and re-install it with xmake so xmake -v works
    properly.

    You will probably have to mess around with Makefile, XMakefile, and
    XMakefile.inc.

    There is a manual page(!)
