now this is pretty simple:
call it like this
# squaroid-host.pl <ircserver> <registry>

if you omit <ircserver> it defaults to "east.gamesnet.net"

<registry> tells the bot to register with the games-registry on
startup, and to update the entry every 60 seconds.
if you omit this parameter, the default is to _not_ register!
The bot expires if the games-registry did not get an update request for 5 minutes
