Release Notes
-------------

	Changed Ylib `get' functions to perform more blocking (since
	getting should block anyways). This reduces the chance of not
	getting the correct data back. YGetNextEvent() still gives you
	the option of blocking or not.

	Improved yiff's sound library IO to open/close file once per
	play instead of twice.
