Glade skeleton changed, behavior of dialogs unified as much as
possible. Some "cosmetic" changes made. In function FindCharCol
in edit5.c changed counting of new caret position (for some fonts
were problems with tabelators by text width counting). Changed
sources gladesig.c, gladesrc.c and gtkapi.c. By compiling they
generate no warnings yet.
