    Unofficial PTK Effect E8 is now ignored. "MOD.I'm the passenger" crashed
    the replay (reported by Xigh).
    Portamento and speed fixes for Noisetracker mods like MOD.Poseidon and
    MOD.KlisjePaaKlisje (reported by Asle).
    Fixed a bug in Fastracker 4ch recognition.
    Switched back timing to use dtg_Interrupt.
    Small fix in the AC1D detection.
