  1.  Questionnaire

  Here are several question I'd like you could answer. This would help
  me to improve Wordtrans. Thank you.

  All questions are optional, you can answer the ones you like.

  Check with an x your choices.



  1.1.  What do you think of wordtrans?


  1. [ ] It's the best application I've ever seen.

  2. [ ] Amazing.

  3. [ ] It's ok.

  4. [ ] Well, it does what it has to do.

  5. [ ] I've seen worse things.

  6. [ ] I can't say, there isn't any dictionary in it so I couldn't
     test it.

  7. [ ] It's the worst application I've ever seen.

  1.2.  What version of wordtrans do you use?

  1.4.  rpm's if any, are a simple conversion from the deb's). What do
  you think?  For now wordtrans is only available in a debian package

  2. [ ] No problem, I downloaded the rpms and work great.

  3. [ ] I miss a rpm package, but I turn it into a rpm easily with
     alien.

  4. [ ] Horrible. A rpm is needed right now, and I'm going to do it
     myself right now. Then I will send you the spec file.

  5. [ ] I don't care, I download the sources and compile it.


  1.5.  Did you have to compile the source code?


  1. [ ] No, I downloaded the deb package and it installed without any
     problem.

  2. [ ] No, the rpms worked fine.

  3. [ ] No, I downloaded the deb package and turn it into a rpm with
     alien.

  4. [ ] I use debian, but I use to download the sources.

  5. [ ] Yes, because alien didn't work (or I don't have it).

  6. [ ] Yes, because the binary didn't work.

  7. [ ] I told you before. Are you deaf?



  1.6.  What do you think about the Wordtrans documentation?


  1. [ ] It's perfect, covers all aspects of the application.

  2. [ ] It's fine, but sometimes is difficult to find what you're
     looking for.

  3. [ ] Ok, but it's too long.

  4. [ ] Confusing.

  5. [ ] It doesn't cover everything.

  6. [ ] Very bad, it's a lot of words with no sense.

  7. [ ] Mmm, there are no pictures :-(

  8. [ ] Documentation? What documentation?





  1.7.  Have you read the documentation?


  1. [ ] Yes, everything, since the beginning to the end.

  2. [ ] I took a quick look.

  3. [ ] No, I just look for something.

  4. [ ] No. I was to do it, but its size scared to me and I have other
     things to do.

  1.8.  The console version depends on Qt, a graphic library. What do
  you think?

  2. [ ] I'm a little bit surprised.

  3. [ ] This is a very strange thing.

  4. [ ] You're joking? This is not possible.



  1.9.  Did you have to install Qt for using wordtrans?


  1. [ ] No, I use KDE so I already had it installed.

  2. [ ] No. I don't use KDE but I have installed others applications
     that depend on Qt.

  3. [ ] Yes. I install it from the CD of my distribution.

  4. [ ] Yes. I had to download it from the Internet.

  5. [ ] I haven't install it yet.


  1.10.  Would you prefer wordtrans to be made with Gtk+?


  1. [ ] Actually no. I prefer Qt applications.

  2. [ ] I don't care.

  3. [ ] Yes, I have a very little space free and Gtk+ more little than
     Qt.

  4. [ ] Yes, I like the look of Gtk+, gnome, etc.




  1.11.  Would you like wordtrans to be translated in some other lan­
  guage?


  1. [ ] Yes, I would like it to be in ...... and I'm going to do it
     myself and send it to you so it could be included in the next
     release.

  2. [ ] Yes, I would like it to be translated to ...... but I don't
     know how to do the translation myself, so I'm afraid it's never
     going to be translated in that language.

  3. [ ] No, I'm Spanish, but I must be crazy or something for reading
     this file and not the Spanish version.

  4. [ ] No, I talk English so I don't need it.

  5. [ ] No. My mother tongue is not Spanish but I understand it.

  6. [ ] No. My mother tongue is not English, but I try to understand
     it.
