If you are going to use the daemon, you need to configure it.

Now you know, where the configuration file is located. You will find more
information about it in <A HREF="node16.html#clamd">3.1</A> section.

Clamuko requires the Dazuko software and is supported with Linux 2.2 and
2.4 only. You can obtain Dazuko from <TT><A NAME="tex2html10"
HREF="http://dazuko.org">http://dazuko.org</A></TT> or
<BR> <I>clamav-x.yz/support/dazuko</I> (version tested with clamd). Installation:
<PRE>
$ tar zxpvf dazuko-a.b.c.tar.gz
$ cd dazuko-a.b.c
$ make dazuko
or
$ make dazuko-smp (for smp kernels)
$ su -c "insmod dazuko.o"
</PRE>
You must create also the <I>/dev/dazuko</I> device:
<PRE>
$ cat /proc/devices | grep dazuko
254 dazuko
$ su -c "mknod -m 600 /dev/dazuko c 254 0"
</PRE>
Now you must configure Clamuko in <I>clamav.conf</I>. Please check
