Bug fixes, code finish: 

- PBC
  * Bugs and/or unimplimented features remain:
      add autowait 

  * VCDImager test VCD's should work fully - they don't right now.

  * Keyboard response seems sluggish - handling of stills slow

- Display doesn't alway have title. 

- Bug track size is sometimes off by 75 sectors. Dunno under what conditions
  though (or else I'd add the 75 sectors back in).

- extended vs. non PSD's and LOT's

- Move padding sector checks in from vcdplayer_read into vcdimager as
  a read "mode". That will eliminate buffer copy and it this logic probably
  belongs there anyway.

- might have private parts in vcdinfo. Such as for "opened"

- remove static my_vcd variable. ditto for in_still.

Features/enhancements:

- Support for FreeBSD

- Separate cdio into library.

- support sensing/playing over multiple drives

- Autoselect PBC and move this to top of MRL list when PBC is more complete

- Fix auto-crap. Get rid of all of those warnings.

- Remove static. But would like a way to test for unresolved symbols.

- Make sure subtitles and multiple languages work
