Requires libnet (http://www.packetfactory.net/libnet) and libpcap
(http://www.tcpdump.org/).  To compile, try something like:

    gcc -O2 -Wall `libnet-config --defines` \
        -o tcptraceroute tcptraceroute.c `libnet-config --libs` -lpcap
