VOCPweb is currently being rewritten.  You will find the older version of
VOCPweb within /usr/share/vocp and documentation on the
http://www.VOCPsystem.com website.

See the /usr/share/vocp/vocpweb README and INSTALL files for now.

The new and improved version of VOCPweb should be available with the release
of VOCP 0.9.1 or .2
