XMMS ALSA Output plugin

Tested only with alsa-0.9* / linux-2.4.8,2.4.16 / xmms-1.2.5+

-The Debug option appears only in ~/.xmms/config
-The Surround option use some memory copy operations for conversion that may crash xmms with heavy I/O traffic
