* src/cc++/rtp.h, control.cpp: added/updated onGotSR, onGotRR,
onGotAPP, onGotRRSRExtension and onSSRCCollision plug-in to
QueueRTCPManager class.

readData, writeData, readControl and writeControl virtuals from

in the same host talk to each other through the same port numbers.
