  Requirements:
    PHP3 (>= 3.0.8) or PHP4
    MySQL (tested with 3.21.x, 3.22.x, 3.23.x and 4.0.x)
    a web-browser (doh!)

  Summary:
    phpMyAdmin is intended to handle the adminstration of MySQL over the WWW.
    Currently it can:
      - create and drop databases
      - create, copy, drop and alter tables
      - delete, edit and add fields
      - execute any SQL-statement, even batch-queries
      - manage keys on fields
      - load text files into tables
      - create and read dumps of tables
      - export and import CSV data
      - administer one single database
      - communicate in more than 38 different languages
