The macro package supports the following macros to change fonts:

<dl>

<li > <code>bf(text)</code>: sets <code>text</code> in boldface.

<li > <code>em(text)</code>: sets <code>text</code> emphasized, usually in italics.

<li > <code>tt(text)</code>: sets <code>text</code> in teletype. 

</dl>

The <code>tt()</code> macro furthermore causes Yodl <strong>not</strong> to expand macros which are
within the parentheses. That means that you can safely type:

In Yodl, you can use tt(includefile(somefile)) to include a file
in your document.
</pre>

<p>The <code>tt()</code> macro is not suited for long listings; use <code>verb()</code> to set code
samples etc..
<p>Currently the macro package has no commands to change font sizes, as the size
is changed internally when appropriate (e.g., in section titles). I'll
implement such commands when the need arises.
