 + Include acconfig.h again for old autoconf (<=2.13) users

 + Add possibility to do something like this:
   "LOGFILE=/home/kretschmer/logs/mailfilter-`date +%Y-%m`.log"

 o Add possbility to link external "modules" into the Mailfilter program
 
 o Add verbosity level where Mailfilter stores the _whole_ e-mail header of
   deleted messages in the log files, so users can still complain if desired

 o Interactive first-time-setup to create rcfile automatically

 o IMAP support

 o APOP support

 o Support for encrypted passwords

 o Make mailfilter complain when the rcfile has wrong file permissions

 - Support for .netrc?

 o Another verbosity level:  one for showing matching DENY rules, one for
   ALLOW rules -- but not both at once
