This is the Mandrake First Time Wizard. It's aimed to be launched 
at the begining of the first install and give you ability to set
up your desktop, connect to mandrake registration.

The Wizard displayed normally in 6 steps beginning with desktop 
customizations and ending with the registration on Mandrake Expert
site.
